During our initial logo meeting, we first begin by discussing the client’s ideas, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work. Our logo design service is very straight forward. If you’d like to see extra concepts after our initial three ideas or if you need a couple logo designs for multiple companies our service can be priced according to your needs.
Yes, the actual artwork files will be given to you in various editable, printable and shareable formats and is 100% yours once the project is fully complete and paid for.
NO, we create and draw artwork from inspiration given in our meeting and style review.
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the soft copy files to you on via e-mail or Whatsapp. We also keep a copy of your project on file for a certain time for later updates or should you lose your copy.
YES, you get PDF (vector), jpeg, png, and a word file that works like clipart. Our logo design can be used to complete stationery and brand marketing – including business card, letterhead, envelopes, brochure design, websites, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, email marketing, mailing labels, presentation folders, and any other designs your business may require.
Yes you can have email and you will probably wish you set-up several email addressed e.g. email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com
No. Once your website is developed, it belongs to you and you can commission anyone to update it for you. You will be provided with all the necessary login details to access the back end. Although of course we would like to think that you are happy with our services and will continue to use us for your website maintenance.
Yes. All our websites are created with search engines (like Google) in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. It is a good idea for your website to be re-evaluated in time, as over a period of time the search engines do alter their rules and algorithms and you will want to be certain that your website is kept up to date and complies with new rules etc.
You may move your website to another web hosting service at any time you wish, as long as its a completed project. Just get in touch with us and lets take it from there.
Yes. If you want, we can setup Google Analytics, or Jetpack a web tracking software which records where you visitors are coming from and which pages they looked at, which search engines are being used, which phrases are being typed into which search engines and many more interesting web tracking facts which you should find useful for future marketing campaigns.
